Before you write
- We are not able to give individual readings or personal advice by message. Please use the free readings on the site instead.
- If you would like a reply, please include your email address in the form. We will only use it to answer your message.
- Please do not send sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, financial details or medical information.
- We usually reply within a few business days. We can answer in English or Japanese.
